Community Update

i only know of one 4 oaks cottages in montauk and its not on pocahontas lane which i do not believe even exists in Montauk in any event - this place is run by a slumlord who charges outrageous rents and gives you a dump, the units are not maintained, i rented one in 1985 a one room hole with sunken beds, clogged toilets and sink in March and was told that come may the rent would be $500 per week!!!!!! for a shithole - today the place has not changed from what the tenants tell me - ITS A DUMP LIKE MANY MANY PLACES IN MONTAUK UTTERLY SHAMEFUL THESE INBREDS HAVE NO CONSCIENCE OR PRIDE SUCH A PITIFUL LITTLE TOWN FULL OF MEAN NASTY CORRUPT GREEDY INDIVIDUALS - DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER IT
