9:00-12:00 For yogis ages 5-11
Yogis may sign up for 1, 2 or all 3 days!
Yoga Camp will be full of favorite yoga style
games, challenging yoga poses including handstands,
yoga inspired art, story-time and of course blissful savasana! Yogis will work together in small groups to practice & develop
their yoga practice at a meaningful level. Yoga books, yoga pose posters and new yoga props will create an enriching yogic environment for kids to
bond, share, laugh, hug and feel good about their bodies! Yogis will learn simple
meditations, breath~work and self-calming techniques.
Yogis will make their very own aromatherapy eye pillow & peace potion!
If you have a yoga mat, please bring one. I will always have extra mats on hand, but for hygienic reasons(plantar warts, athletes foot, pink eye etc) I strongly urge each yogi to have his/her own mat. Yoga mats in a variety of colors and prints are always available for purchase before class at $20.
Yoga Camp is $50 per day
Pre-Registration is required
A non-refundable deposit is required and registration is limited to the first 15 registrants
