Hands on suspended scaffolding training includes specific things like operation of a motor, motor precautionary features, knot tying or braiding, self rescue, fall protection, outrigger set up, employing other rigging devices, proper use of ladders, tiebacks, safety equipment, and many more.

Employees will be given photo identification on a plastic bank card type Training Certificate, which is very good for four years. After 4 years an 8-hour suspended scaffold refresher training are going to be required.
