Bring your empty bowl and we will fill it with delicious soups. Join the East End's top chefs and sample over twelve gourmet soups & homemade breads. Take some home too!

Now in its sixth year, Empty Bowls brings together master soups and their masters, attracting restaurants all across the East End of Long Island, to share in the warmth of comfort food and community. This event raises funds to support The Springs Seedlings, a slow-food movement endeavor teaching children about food, healthy eating and learning more about where our food comes from.
