Seal Hike in Montauk

Experience seals in their natural environment.  Join a State Park naturalist on a beach/forest hike to a local haul-out spot for migrating seals.  Along the way uncover many facts about the migrating pinnipeds and enjoy gogeous views of the Sound.  A spotting scope will be set up to view resting seals.  Binoculars are recommended.

Hikers meet the Montauk Point Concession building.  Please try to arrive a few minutes before the start time.  Wear clothing appropriate for the weather and shoes comfortable for hiking.  We will be outdoors approximately 2-3 hours on a 3-mile hike.

Due to the popularity of this hike space is limited and RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED.  Call 631-668-5000 to reserve your spot.  Special accomodations can be made for groups larger than 15 wishing to take this hike.

$4-adults, $3-children (3-17), Under 3 is FREE
