OSHA User Scaffolding Certification Course (32 hour Class)
Rigging Rule has generally required that the Licensed Rigger or his Designated Rigging Foreman supervise all of suspended scaffolding operations. At the time of April 1, 2008 new Rigging Foreman requires a total of 32 hours of Scaffold Training.

They need to have the minimum 16 hours of Suspended Scaffolding Training, along with an additional 16 hours of training geared particularly for Rigging Foreman.
This 32 hours scaffold safety course will involve classroom form dialog to evaluate NYC requirements, how you can put together and handle Rigging Log Books, go through CD-5s, and verify employee training.
