Maureen's Haven Second Annual Auction Benefit

Dear Friends,

Maureeen's Haven is now about to enter its fifth year of operation on the East End housing the homeless during the harsh winter months starting November through April lst.  Every evening our homeless guests are screened and transported to eighteen different host Houses of Worship between Greenport and East Hampton where they are provided with shelter, food, clothing and companionship.  It has truly taken an entire community of volunteers to complete the task and we are proud of the work that has been accomplished so far.  It is not done without great effort and significant financial outlay.

This year we are holding our Second Annual Maureen's Haven Auctiion Benefit on Sunday October 20th at St. Luke's Episcopal Church, Hoie Hall, 18 James Lane in East Hampton from 4:00pm to 6:00pm to help help defray some of the costs associated with housing our homeless.  The suggest admission fee is only one new pair of socks.  (mens or womens) There will be a bake sale, a silent auction with individual baskets of wonderful creative delights at remarkable prices as well as a live auction with goods and services, artrwork and vacation packages graciously donated by local merchants and individuals. Live Auction begins 4:45pm. There 's something for everyone!

We hope you will join us and show your support at the East this East End fundraiser for Maureen's Haven.  We need your help and generosity in order to ensure its success!
