The East End’s new classical theatre ensemble, Round Table Theatre Company & Academy, announces its first staged reading of “Double Falsehood,” a classical play believed to be at least partially penned by William Shakespeare himself. British Shakespeare Publisher Arden recently officially credited the text to the comedy “Double Falsehood” as being a version of “The History of Cardenio” the so-called “lost” play performed by the King’s Men in 1613. Directed by Stephen Hamilton. The cast includes Fred Melamed, Tom Gustin, Alicia St. Louis, Tina Jones, Michael Bartoli, Tristan Vaughan, Kenny Kilfara, Hal Fickett, Gina Rivera, and Gerard Doyle. $5 suggested donation at the door supports LTV and RTTCo.
