The Living Room Restaurant at c/o The Maidstone will host a special Taste Wine & Dine dinner presented by chef de cuisine, Mathias Brogie on Friday, February 8th. Start times for dinner are 6:30 p.m. or 7:30 p.m. The evening begins with a tasting of six wines in a “special venue,” hosted by wine director Chris Miller. Guests will choose 3 of the six wines to accompany the dinner. The cost is $125 per person plus tax and gratuity for five courses. Reservations are required as space is limited. The menu is as follows:
Juniper cured gravlax with a citronette and herb chiffonade
Veal carpaccio on lemon marinated artichokes, truffle aioli and caperberries
Cardamom blackened codfish filet, lardons and a creamy shallot purée
Boeuf bourguignon with rosemary dusted potato purée
Wine Dinners will also be held on March 8, April 5 & May 9.
