Whether you seek to tone and align your body, strengthen your core, or lose weight, the gentle movement of Pilates will encourage both physical and emotional health. Claudia Matles, a certified Pilates and Yoga practitioner, once again leads her popular class which offers jaw-dropping results in a short period of time.
