ABOUT THE COLLECTION:


Sable Island, often called "the graveyard of the Atlantic" due to its history of shipwreck, is a remote island and home to little more than the herd of 400 wild horses that roam freely over the island’s 26 rugged miles.

Focusing on form, musculature and movement as well as the condition of the ever-changing landscape Discovering the Horses of Sable Island tells a story of power and beauty. The Collection consists of 48 black and white or sepia-toned images with archival pigment prints, signed by the artist. Limited edition print sizes are customizable with prices starting at $1,000.


ABOUT DREW DOGGETT:

Trained in fashion photography, Drew Doggett has made a name for himself in the documentary and fine art world with his photography of some of the planet’s most unique and isolated indigenous cultures. In 2012, his Omo: Expressions of a People collection was accepted into the Smithsonian African Art Museum’s photographic archives. Drew’s fine art photography is on display in buildings and private collections around the world.
