Bag It Movie Screening

Community leaders from the East Hampton Litter Committee are hosting a screening of the new, award-winning environmental documentary Bag It at LTV Studios on March 28, 2014 at 6 p.m.

Bag It follows
“everyman” Jeb Berrier, who is
admittedly not a tree hugger, as he tries to make sense of our
dependence on plastic bags. What
starts as a film about plastic bags evolves into an touching and often
flat-out-funny film that investigates plastic and its effect on our waterways,
oceans, and even our own bodies. We see how our crazy-for-plastic world has
finally caught up to us and what we can do about it.
