Kathee Burke-Gonzalez for Town Board

The job of a town board member is to enable the community to achieve its goals, by getting the facts and building consensus."

-Kathee Burke-Gonzalez

When you need a job done, you give it to someone who gets things done.

Kathee Burke-Gonzalez, candidate for East Hampton Town Board, gets things done. In 2008, when the high school raised its tuition for Springs students by $9,000 per student, Kathee, then in her second term on the Springs School Board, got to work.

With relentless attention to detail, she helped save $4 million for Springs taxpayers. Then, as school board president, she created a process for community decision-making that saved another $800,000 for Springs taxpayers, with the full support of the community. Springs voters gave her budgets more than 75% approval.

By spending money wisely, she delivered the education the children of Springs deserve, with steady improvement. Springs Middle School is now ranked 69th out of 1,100 middle schools in the State of New York. You can't do a better job than that. She did it.

We have plenty to do in East Hampton, for our quality of life, to protect neighborhoods, to protect our pocketbooks.

On November 5th, vote Kathee Burke-Gonzalez for East Hampton Town Board, because a job needs to get done.
