Eugene DePasquale - Incumbent for Tax Assessor

As your East Hampton Town Assessor, Eugene has consistently produced a balanced assessment roll on an annual basis in coordination with the other members of the Board of Assessors during the last eleven plus years in office. He excels in his daily interaction with the public to discuss assessment concerns, assessment reduction procedures and exemption questions.

He has prepared thousands of Valuation Reports for Small Claims Assessment Review and assists other Town Department Heads and staff with assessment related information and documents. Eugene also met with the Town Supervisor to establish annual office operating budget.

Certified Licensed Appraiser, State of New York.  Licensed by the State to appraise Residential Properties regardless of value. Currently completing the CE requirements for license renewal.  **Non-Certified Licensed appraisers are limited to valuing residential properties of one million dollars or less.**
