Some of our readers left comments on Facebook: Tina Loper Ozturk: So very sad...RIP Lisa... Fran A. Alioto: RIP Lisa.. Penny Benbenek: There are no words...I feel for her poor children. Hopefully the love of the community they live in will help to soften the blow and help them heal.

Our family wishes to send her children our deepest sympathies. Lisa was my colleague and friend, her children, all beautiful, grew up with my son. Today is empty without her. May our town come together once again to remember her and help her children.

Taylor, does anyone know what happened to the kids? Are they now with relatives? Any way we can help them through this horribly difficult time?

I am so very sorry to hear about Lisa's death. She fought long and hard throughout her life....for her mother, her husband, her children and herself. I would also like to repeat what Dr. Alward has asked...how can we help Dakota, Tiaghe and Cella? These are very special young people...they can use our assistance.

We are so very sad about Lisa's passing. She was a lovely woman who worked so hard to take care of her husband and her children, and then herself! We will miss her. Sometimes life is so unfair.

I worked with Lisa and a nicer person did not exist. I know that her family will be sustained by the knowledge of how her kindnesses made so many happy.
