Lily Pond Lane Shed a 'Total Loss' After Wednesday Morning Fire

East Hampton, Springs, and Amagansett Fire Departments respond to fire Wednesday morning.

East Hampton Fire Department Chief Ray Harden said that a shed on Lily Pond Lane is "pretty much a total loss" after it was engulfed in flames on Wednesday morning.

Harden said all EHFD trucks were called to the scene of the fire at 42 Lily Pond Lane, as well as Springs and Amagansett Fire Departments Lily Pond Lane. No injuries were reported.

"We knocked it down really fast," Harden said. "The fire spread to the exterior of the house, but didn't get to the interior."
