Funeral Arrangements Announced for Kelly Doroski

Family asks that mourners wear bright colors to honor the 23-year-old mother killed in a car accident on Thursday.

Kelly A. Doroski's grief-stricken family has decided to celebrate her life, the way she would have wanted it.

The 23-year-old woman from Sag Harbor was killed in a one car accident in East Hampton on Thursday night. She was a devoted mother to her son Joshua Corrigan, who is just 22 months.

A viewing will be held at Yardley and Pino Funeral Home in Sag Harbor on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.

But, a memorial service, which is scheduled for Thursday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home, will honor the young woman, described by her sister as energetic, free-spirited, and committed to her family.

"This service will be informal, and anyone is welcome to speak," Tracy Doroski said on Sunday. "After the memorial service we will be having a celebration of Kelly's life, just as she wanted, at Il Capuccino restaurant in Sag Harbor."

The Doroski-Corrigan families requested that mourners come dressed colorfully. "Kelly loved her bright colors, and would have wanted everyone to come brightly dressed. So please, no black," Tracy said.

In addition to her son and sister, Kelly is survived by her fiancé, Max Corrigan, her parents Patricia and William Doroski, who live in Sag Harbor, a brother, Willy Doroski, and another old sister Allie Doroski.

well after the town board meeting last night the way i see it is the whole town is affected andRead More everyting and everyweek is some one getting away with out paying , we have familys of teenagers sharing rooms with there parnets and siblngs , cause the cost of living , hmmm but no matter where you go it cost money , teachers have there work cut out for them if they have to spend 50 dollars to buy stuff its there choice , well what it boils down to is the childern parnetns rather drive cars and have nice clothes and fancy jelws than spend 5 or 1o dollars to pay for pens for there kids to go to schoo.also i dont feel the familys see what education really is is a free babysitting service thats my feelings ,
