Feb. 16: Digging in the Crates on WPPB, 'Momsday' Features, and Ice Drill Photos

Don't let the mid-week hump get you down. East Hampton has plenty to keep your interest peeked and your moods high. From 'Momsday' features, such as the Grab & Go Kids Planner (look for it at 10 a.m.), and important issues, you are sure to get that extra push you need to get through the week.

4. We're continuing to follow the that occurred in Springs on Sunday. Some Patch readers have already voiced their sorrow and concerns, especially when it relates to immigration issues. Defendant Sabas Martinez was out on bail, and we'll bring you more explanation later on Thursday.

5. Fire departments from the South Fork, and a few volunteers from as far away as Huntington Manor, participated in an ice rescue drill in Hook Pond on Sunday.
