East Hampton Land Could Be Yours For $100

Suffolk County Division of Real Property Acquisition and Management is holding an auction in October, including three parcels in East Hampton.

A plot of land for $100? Sure, it might only be 20 feet wide, but it could be yours.

The Suffolk County Division of Real Property Acquisition and Management will hold an auction on 130 parcels throughout the county on Oct. 23 at the H. Lee Dennisson Building in Hauppauge. Nearly two dozen residential improved properties as well as a handful of commercial structures will be auctioned off.

Ninety-minute open houses will be held at select locations which have been improved beforehand, though the three up for sale in East Hampton are all unimproved, according to the county.
