Account Manager Makes Partner at Wordhampton

Lindsey Myers started her career at Wordhampton, and always dreamed of calling it a permanent home.

Wordhampton Public Relations has a new partner.

Lindsey Myers, who has been an account manager at the Springs-based firm for seven years, has been made a partner, the company announced on Tuesday.

Myers joined Wordhampton in 2005 as an intern, and has since gained expertise in the field of public relations and social media.

Myers said on Tuesday that she always dreamed of making Wordhampton a permanent professional home."It's a very meaningful moment and a tremendous honor. I am forever grateful that Steve Haweeli founded the company over 20 years ago and continually inspired by the spirited drive he brings to both the business and our workplace," she said.

"I am excited to continue building the company with him and Nicole Starr Castillo and feel blessed to work alongside such a passionate and creative team everyday. I'm also looking forward to finding new ways to build our client's reputations and revenues as the world of PR and social media continues to grow and change."

Haweeli, the president of Wordhampton, said he is proud to have Myers join the partnership. "Lindsey’s commitment and passion to digital and social media has proven to be and will continue to be a cornerstone of WordHampton’s strength and future growth," he said.

Castillo, the executive vice president, said Myers will help bring the company to the next level. "I am very excited to have Lindsey join our management team. She brings a great youthful perspective to the company and helps keeps us up with the latest trends in technology."
