• , located on Montauk Highway, will be opened by Memorial Day weekend. The independent hardware store is owned by Juan Carlos Diaz and is a family operation with daughter Maria Bartelme as the general manager.
• , located in Sag Harbor Village, is one of the original Pilates studios on the South Fork. In Balance offers private, semiprivate and group instruction in reformer, tower, chair and mat Pilates and in-home group sessions.
