WATCH: The Palm Serves Up the 'Harlem Shake'

The waiters at The Palm in East Hampton put together their own version of the Harlem Shake meme.

The Palm may be a no brainer for fine dining, but who knew the servers were having so much fun?

The wait staff at The Palm in East Hampton put together a "Harlem Shake" video, a video dance craze that's gone viral.

The meme starts with one dancer rocking to the music all on his lonesome — in this case, a server wearing a mask in The Palm's kitchen and dining room— while the people around him are seemingly oblivious. About 15 seconds in, they all start dancing in a frenzy.

While some "Harlem Shake" videos include silly costumes, risqué dance moves, and a lot of props, this one doesn't feature much except waiter's jackets, some napkins to cover their faces, and The Palm's take out bags.
