Nick & Toni's Announces New GM
Carolyn Papetti joins the restaurant as Bonnie Munchin stays on for the weekends.
After a two-year search, Nick & Toni's announced last week the addition of Carolyn Papetti to lead its staff in East Hampton, replacing longtime general manager Bonnie Munshin.
Munshin ushered Nick & Toni's through its 21 of its first 25 years,
and will remain on staff at the restaurant to work Friday and Saturday shifts, welcoming and greeting customers.
Papetti previously worked at Cittanuova for the past six years, as the restaurant's wine director, after a stint studying overseas in Italy while obtaining her M.B.A. in international marketing from St. John's University's Rome campus.
Papetti will oversee all restaurant operations at Nick & Toni's.
"I am thrilled to welcome Carolyn to the Nick & Toni's family and I look forward to working with her and greeting all the Nick & Toni's customers this summer," Munshin said.
