Taste, Wine & Dine at The Living Room

The Living Room Restaurant at c/o The Maidstone will host a special dinner on Friday, March 30th, Taste Wine & Dine.  Start times for dinner are 6:30 p.m. or 7:15 p.m.  The evening begins with a tasting of six wines in the cellar, chosen by Sommelier Chris Miller, four of which you choose to accompany your dinner. The cost is $105 per person plus tax and gratuity. Reservations are required as space is limited. The menu is as follows:

“Pork & Beans”  Puree of white beans and mascarpone ravioli with a bacon, scallion, tomato broth

Fourth Course

Grilled angus rib eye steak with creamed spinach flan, golden potato cake and shallot red wine sauce

Fifth Course

Vasterbotten cheese with caraway and akvavit golden raisins

Sixth Course

Strawberry rhubarb crepes with elderberry flower frozen yogurt
