South Edison, Montauk’s quintessential summer seafood spot, kick starts summer over the Memorial Day weekend with dinner Wednesday through Sunday nights, special happy hours and live music. On Saturday, May 26 and Sunday, May 27, South Edison welcomes musicians Los Cintron for performances each night beginning at 10:30 p.m. Los Cintron, comprised of brothers Rafael and Cristobal Cintron, presents a mix of flamenco, Latin and world music, often playing music of the renowned Gipsy Kings. They have performed at venues around the globe including New York’s Lincoln Center with the Metropolitan Opera and Washington D.C.’s Kennedy Center.
On Saturday, May 26 and Sunday, May 27, South Edison hosts Happy Hour from 2 to 5 p.m. featuring $3 Blue Point drafts and $1 Blue Point oysters from the raw bar, as well as expanded Happy Hour menus. Selections are:
