Slow Food East End Annual Meeting and $5 Challenge Potluck Supper

The second annual Slow Food annual meeting and potluck supper will take place at Havens Barn at the Shelter Island Historical Society on Sunday, September 18th. All Slow Food members are invited, as well as those of you who would like to know more about Slow Food East End. In keeping with Slow Food USA's Day of Action and $5 Challenge, we ask that you bring a dish to share that costs no more than $5 for four servings ($10 for 8).

Elections for 2012 officers of the Slow Food East End chapter will take place during the business meeting. There will be entertainment, a few surprises, and a delicious supper, shared at communal tables with old and new friends in a beautiful rural setting.
