Dinner Prix Fixe at The Living Room

The Living Room Restaurant at c/o The Maidstone offers a daily prix fixe dinner beginning at 5:30. The dinner includes three courses for $35 and is as follows:

APPETIZERS

*Satur Farm baby lettuce salad with shaved fennel, radishes and merlot vinaigrette

*Sauteed seasonal forest mushrooms with toasted brioche and flavored with brandy

*Gravlax cured with lemon and dill, pickled cucumbers and Swedish grain mustard sauce

*Handcut fettuccine with wild mushroom Bolognese, parmesan cheese and truffle oil

*Black Angus hanger steak with creamed spinach custard, potato puree, grilled red onions and sauce bordelaise

*Seared Atlantic salmon, local savoy cabbage, roasted beets and mustard dill sauce
