Rowdy Hall will host a special Conscious Cuisine dinner on Wednesday, June 6th featuring a round table discussion and Q & A with Hamptons Culinary Nutritionist and Chew on This TV Show creator and host Stefanie Sacks, MS, CNS. The event will begin at 6 p.m. with a reception featuring hors d’oeuvres and cocktails. A healthy and nutritional three-course dinner prepared Rowdy style by Executive Chef Joe Realmuto and Chef de Cuisine Ed Lightcap will follow and will be paired with wines. Stefanie will lead a round table discussion on making conscious food choices, whether dining in or out, for you and your family. The cost of the dinner is $65 per person plus tax and gratuity. Reservations are recommended. The menu will be as follows:
