Benefit Concert for Mick East: A Night of Song, Support and Celebration

are planned for Southampton musician Mick Hargreaves, who was injured after an attack in Bayport this summer. More than a dozen bands and solo artists at the "East Benefit" on Sept. 16. Cynthia Daniels, a radio personality and Grammy-award winner, will host.

Confirmed acts include Caroline Doctorow & Steamrollers, Randolph Hudson, Inda Eaton, Gene Casey of the Lone Sharks, Los Blaggards, Joe Delia of the Thieves, Telly, Alfredo Merat, Dalton Portella, Dan Bailey, Sarah Conway and Tali "Icepack" Jackson.

A "West Benefit" is planned for Sept. 18 at Huntington Moose Hall from 5 to 10 p.m. Tickets are $20 for each.
