How's it Taste: The tofu is warm and the brown rice soaks up the miso and is very filling. The scallions offer color and taste, while the cucumber, carrots and daikon give it a refreshing crunch. Eating the whole wrap will not make you feel over stuffed or like you need to be rolled out of the door. But, it's well worth the $9. Whether it is a summer afternoon or a chilly weekday lunch, the east/west wrap is healthy and tasty.
