Changes in Store for Ronjo
Chris Jones, owner of Sole hotels in Montauk, will rename this motel Montauk Beach House, according to Curbed Hamptons.
in Montauk is getting a new owner and a new name.
According to Curbed Hamptons, the Ronjo is under contract for around the to Chris Jones, of , and , which never quite happened. It hit the market in September.
The motel will be renamed Montauk Beach House after it gets a makeover. Jones, who is partnering with Larry Siedlick on this venture, was said to have a history of upgrading tired hotels.
