Another Property on the Docks Sells

Just months after selling Salivar's, Town & Country brokers Lenny's deal.

Just months after on the Docks in Montauk, the real estate firm brokered a commercial sale of the property next door -- , a restaurant, bar and dock.

The exact amount was not disclosed, but Judi Desiderio the president of , said the sale price had a "4 in front of it." Desiderio did not immediately say who bought the property.

The half-acre waterfront property was listed at $4.7 million. It includes a 2,400-square-foot commercial building and 11 boat slips. According to The Real Deal, Lenny's was last sold in 1990, when John DeLuca bought it from the Tuma family.

, a family owned and operated late-night spot where local fisherman have traded their stories for over 50 years, sold for $3.3 million in early November.  The .83 acre property, included six boat slips that can accommodate up to a 65 foot boat, and had been listed for one year at $3.95 million. 

In a statement, the agency said the sale of the two commercial property represents a significant change for the area, which historically has not had much acitivity. "With Salivar’s and Lenny’s now sold it appears there is nothing left in the dock area of Montauk to buy," it said.
