The three Hamptons offices of continued to dominate the $10,000,000 and above luxury real estate market in 2011, according to our managers, Alice Bell, Debra Reece, and John Gicking. #1 in the number of deals (15), #1 in the number of sides (20), #1 in the number representing both sides (5), #1 in deal volume ($271,770,000.00), top sale ($38,000,000.00), and top agent in the Hamptons (Harald Grant). Looking forward to reporting the same for 2012.
