There were multiple potential buyers and it went to a sealed bid. This is a great example of realistic and proper pricing for real estate in the Hamptons. The initial asking price is a critical aspect of your property's marketing plan. Going forward I personally will be striving to do a better job with my initial pricing of properties. It is just a smarter way to sell real estate in the Hamptons.
