The John Drew Theater at Guild Hall presents a staged reading of "The Glint" by Matt Hoverman at 8:00 p.m. The show stars John Ratzenberger (Cheers), Jean Smart (Desgining Women, 24), Richard Benjamin (Goodbye, Columbus), Aya Cash (Traffic Light), and is directed by Lonny Price.
The play's synopsis is of two friends, Jerry and Chuck, who are 60 years old and still pursuing their dream of being voiceover pitchmen...and getting the hot young women. Chuck's wife Mary, who may or may not have a terminal illness, has a problem with this. It is a romantic comedy about older folks with the heart of teenagers.
