Join the Science Fiction Book Club at The East Hampton Library on October 31st from 6-7 PM, when we will be discussing “Cloud Atlas,” by David Mitchell. The book is now a major motion picture staring Tom Hanks, Hugh Grant and Susan Sarandon.

Mitchell weaves history, science, humor, and suspense in six separate but related narratives, each set in a different time and place.

The film opens in theaters nation wide on Friday, October 26th.  It does not matter if you read the book and don’t see the film, or if you see the film and don’t read the book, you are still welcome to attend.  All input is appreciated, it makes for great conversation.  Planning on reading the book or seeing the film, but you just want to see what others are saying, no problem, stop by for some refreshments and friendly conversation.

Stop by the adult reference desk to register, or call (631) 324-0222 ext 3.
