Comedian Jim Breuer to Play WBPAC Friday Night

The comedian Jim Breuer will play the Mollie Parnis auditorium at the Westhampton Beach Performing Arts Center Friday, June 27 at 8 p.m.

Long Island’s own Breuer was propelled into superstardom after his four-year run on SNL and a starring role in the cult classic movie "Half Baked." Known for his off-the-wall humor and lovable personality, he is now one of the most recognizable comedians in the business and one of Comedy Central’s 100 Greatest Stand-Ups of All Time. Breuer’s comedy appeals to a wide range of audiences.  Known for his charismatic stage antics, dead-on impressions, and family-friendly stand-up, Breuer's performance is not to be missed.

Breuer’s material comes from relatable topics: being married, his wife and kids, and living with elderly parents. Self-described as a Bill Cosby-esque storytelling comedian with an edge, his recent work has a multi-generational appeal with a focus on family and personal experiences.

Breuer has appeared on ABC’s “Home Improvement” starring Tim Allen and in the popular films “Zookeeper,” and “Titan A.E.” In addition to his comedy tour, Breuer can be heard on his weekly Sirius/XM Radio show “Fridays with Breuer,” featuring guests such as Jerry Seinfeld, Bill Cosby, and Jeff Foxworthy.

Tickets are $60, $75, $90 and can be purchased online at www.whbpac.org. or at the box office Wednesday – Sunday, noon to 6 p.m. later on show nights,) or by calling 631-288-1500.
