Come One, Come All: Slow Food East End "Snail Supper"

If you love delicious homemade, locally-sourced food why not attend the Slow Food East End “Snail Supper,” Friday night beginning at 6 p.m. in Southampton?

The Snail Supper is an improvisation on the pot luck supper formula: Everyone attending is asked to bring a covered dish that serves six to eight people as well as whatever beverage they would like to drink.

The dinner will take place at Judiann Carmack-Fayyaz’s house, 39 Peconic Hills Drive, in Southampton. Judiann is a Home Economics and sustainability gardening teacher in the Bridgehampton Schools. The cost is $20 per person and includes a copy of Slow Food East End and Edible School Garden’s new publication, the “Delicious and Nutritious Foodbook.”
