Bay Street to Host 23rd Annual Gala

Bay Street Theater in Sag Harbor will hold its 23rd annual Summer Gala on July 12, beginning with a VIP reception at 6 p.m. The event is held beneath a tent on the long warf, adjacent to the marina and looking out at the harbor and Shelter Island.

This year, Bay Street will honor its visionaries Kate Burton, April Gornik, and Sheldon Harnick. Bob Balaban, Richard Kind and Marsha Norman will introduce the honorees.

The Gala will feature a farm-to-table dinner prepared by Hamptons Chef Peter Ambrose, dancing with the Nancy Atlas Project band, live entertainment by Broadway stars and Tony award-winning actress and singer Patina Miller. Obie award winner and actress and singer, Tovah Feldshuh, will act as celebrity auctioneer for the live and silent auctions.
