'All Star Comedy' Coming to Bay Street Monday

Kenny Garcia, Vic Henley, Chris Clarke, Mark Riccadonna and Marina Franklin perform stand-up with host Joseph Vecsey in Sag Harbor on June 17.

Six stand-up comedians, including host and native East Ender Joseph Vecsey, will bring a night of laughs to Sag Harbor on Monday, with Bay Street Theatre's third annual All Star Comedy Showcase.

The rising stars the showcase brings together this year are Kenny Garcia, Vic Henley, Chris Clarke, Mark Riccadonna and Marina Franklin.

Garcia, who is returning to Bay Street after performing in the 2011 and 2012 showcases, tours comedy clubs nationally. Henley has appeared on "The Late Show With David Letterman" and on Conan O'Brien's show, and he co-wrote "Games Rednecks Play" with Jeff Foxworthy. Chris Clarke is a familiar face in New York City comedy clubs and he has performed at the Las Vegas Comedy Festival.

Riccadonna had toured on six continents with Armed Forces Entertainment, an agency of the Department of Defense. Franklin has appeared on "The Jay Leno Show," "Chapelle’s Show" and "Last Comic Standing," among other television shows.

DJ Tony Rico will provide music.

Vecsey hosts "The Call Back," a weekly podcast in which he interviews comedians about their craft and the business of comedy.

Vecsey and Clarke discussed Monday's Bay Street show on this week's podcast, available at josephvecsey.podomatic.com. [EXPLICIT]
