18th Heart of the Hamptons Ball, Saturday at Hayground School

On Saturday, June 28 the American Heart Association’s 18th Annual Heart of the Hamptons Ball will be held at the Hayground School in Bridgehampton. This year’s event  co-chairs are Dr. Karl and Krista Krieger and Rita Cosby, Emmy-Winning television and radio host, will serve as master of ceremonies.

Special honor will be given to Dr. Leonard Girardi, Professor of Cardiothoracic Surgery, Attending Cardiothoracic Surgeon, New York Presbyterian-Weill Cornell Medical Center, with the Distinguished Service Award. The Distinguished Leadership award will be presented to Samuel L. Stanley Jr., MD, President, Stony Brook University.

“Heart Heros” Arnold Rosenshein and Cristina Civetta will tell their stories of survival during a special appeal that will be presented by NY Giant and Super Bowl XLVI Champion Mario Manningham.

The Heart of the Hamptons Ball is focused on raising funds for the mission of the American Heart Association. The evening will feature live music by That 70’s Band, cocktail hour, buffet dinner, as well as a live & silent auction will also highlight the night
