1. 1 Year Later, No Answers in Missing Person Case

What happened to George Richardson remains a mystery. Richardson, his wife, Mary, and three young sons were staying at Hartman's Briney Breezes Motel on Old Montauk Highway, when he disappeared on Aug. 28, 2012, the morning he was due to return home.

3. Grand Jury Indicts Man on Alleged East Hampton Rape

According to Suffolk County Court records online, a grand jury indicted Jason Lee Tuesday on three counts, including the arrest charge of first-degree rape. The grand jury also indicted him on two additional counts, sexual misconduct and third-degree assault, a misdemeanor.

Eileen Roaman died Monday afternoon after a long illness. She was surrounded by family and friends.
