Video: Matt Schmitt Named Mr. Amagansett 2013

Meeting House employee sings his own version of "Piano Man."

The Fourth Annual Mr. Amagansett Pageant was held on Saturday night at Stephen Talkhouse, with Matt Schmitt of The Meeting House taking the honors.

The pageant raised just over $5,000 as of Monday morning, and is held annually to benefit The Donald T. Sharkey Memorial Fund. Sharkey was a building inspector and Amagansett Fire Department volunteer who died suddenly in 2009.

Schmitt performed his own version of Billy Joel's "Piano Man," instead going with hiw own lyrics related to the pageant. Watch the video here.
