Reverend Pledges To Take Polar Bear Plunge

The Polar Bear Plunge to raise money for the East Hampton Food Pantry takes place New Year's Day.

On her LTV show, the Rev. Katrina Foster speaks with Gabrielle Scarpaci, the executive director of the East Hampton Food Pantry and Tom Cohill, coach of the East Hampton YMCA Hurricane swim team, about the food pantry and it's upcoming Polar Bear Plunge. The plunge takes place at Main Beach in East Hampton on New Year's Day, and Foster says she'll participate to help raise funds for the food pantry. Foster is the pastor of St. Michael's Lutheran Church in Amagansett and the Incarnation Lutheran Church in Water Mill.
