Question of the Day: How Do You Feel About Gas Prices?

Oil has been down, but gas on the South Fork is still high.

As we head into the holiday weekend, gas prices don't look to be budging.

Gas has always been more expensive the further east you fill up on the South Fork -- that we know. But with prices for regular at about $4.25 in East Hampton, how much more can we take?

Oil was $125 a barrel and now it's down to $111, but gas prices have not come down. Gas companies say it's because they purchased at a higher price and it has to be used up before we can see lower numbers at the pump.
