PHOTOS: Egg Coloring Festa at Cittanuova

The annual Easter Egg coloring raised money for The Flying Point Foundation for Autism.

Cittanuova in East Hampton held its annual Easter Egg Coloring extravaganza on Sunday. All proceeds will benefit The Flying Point Foundation for Autism, a non-profit organization based in Water Mill.

Carol Covell, the vice president of the foundation (which was started by her sister Kim Covell) and the general manager of the 1770 House (sister restaurant of Cittanuova) wasn't certain yet how much was raised. Raffles for two giant and two large chocolate bunnies, as well as two chocolate eggs, won't be done until Friday, when the winners will be announced.
