After a long week, it's time to have some fun.
1. Before you kick off you get a head start on your weekend, take a moment to remember the troops. Members of the and their wives and families will package at the post between 4 and 6 p.m. Anyone can bring a tin filled with favorite holiday cookies to be send overseas.
2. The popular fall kicks off at the at 7 p.m. Hosted by the Ladies Auxiliary, participation in the quiz is $25 in advance (there's still time to buy tickets down at ) or $30 at the door. The Holiday Hope raffle will be drawn during the quiz. At stake is a $1,000 Southwest Airlines gift card. Proceeds will benefit families in need.
3. Speaking of raffles and Montauk, there's only one day left to get your turkey raffle ticket at . They are $5 each. The will be held at the firehouse on Saturday at 7 p.m.
in Sag Harbor is not to be missed. Sponsored by the East End Arts Council, the concert is in its 24th year. The performance will be held in the Old Whalers Church at 8 p.m.
