Half-way through the week, and we're getting closer to the school elections this coming Tuesday.

1. If you are a resident of the , there is a , in anticipation of the upcoming . To register to vote, bring your identification and head down to the school between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.

2. Speaking of school elections, we'll continue our coverage on Wednesday with budget breakdowns of the 's proposed budget for 2011-12, an Amagansett School candidate profile, and reporting from the Springs School candidate forum hosted by the Group for Good Government.
