June 22: Mozzarella Making at Old Whalers, Tickling the Ivories at St. Luke's

The farmers market in Amagansett continues on Wednesday.

Here's what you need to know on Wednesday:

1. The continues on Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The new market will take place every week -- same place, same time.

Jeanine Burge of in East Hampton will make mozzarella cheese & prepare eggplant Parmesan with tomato & mozzarella, grilled vegetable napoleon, homemade pesto on crostini, bruschetta with prosciutto, mozzarella & basil, & homemade chips topped with chili lime shrimp & avocado cream. It's all just $30 and proceeds benefit the Community House Fund.

4. , a festival and study program which gave its first concert of the season in Southampton on Monday, will present two concerts this summer at in East Hampton Village. The first will be held on Wednesday evening at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $20 for adults, $15 for seniors, and free for students.
