Interfaith Thanksgiving Service Celebrated Sunday

Annual service will be held at St. Michael's Lutheran Church in Amagansett.

The entire community is invited to the annual interfaith Thanksgiving Service, organized by the East Hampton Clericus, on Sunday at St. Michael’s Lutheran Church in Amagansett.

The pastor, Rev. Dr. Katrina Foster, will serve as host. Cantor Debra Stein, of the Jewish Center of the Hamptons, will give the sermon.

"For me, besides coming together to thank God for an abundance of blessings, this is the most public display of interfaith cooperation and community," Rev. Foster said. "It's a public, beautiful display of friendship and cooperation is a witness that is sorely needed."
